NJ Sustainable State Institute's Goals & Indicators http://www.njssi.net/C_goals.htm What kind of New Jersey are we passing on to future generations? The Sustainable State Institute aims to answer this question by researching the trends that could enhance or degrade New Jersey's quality of life. By tracking New Jersey's progress in achieving its ultimate goal -- an efficient and vibrant economy, a healthy environment, and a just society -- we can see where New Jersey is going and try to address any problems accordingly. To date, two Sustainable State reports have been released. They contain excellent environmental, economic, and social data about where New Jersey is, and where we're headed.
